Q: When do you give out the picks/tips?
A: The tips will be released the night before the race takes place, by 11 PM EST at the latest. So for example: Wednesday races you’ll have by Tuesday 11 PM EST, etc.
Q: I live in Europe/Australia/Asia. Can I use the tips/system where I live?
A: The tips are only for U.S. racing but the system can be used anywhere that makes past performance date available. We release the tips the night before the race so even in Europe/Australia you'll have plenty of time to get your bets in. The east coast tracks start around 12:00 PM EST so that's only 5 PM UK time.
Q: Where can I bet your tips/picks?
A: I have found the best site, the one that’s easiest to understand and use, is Bet Jamaica. You can also use my system on Betfair, any of the big UK books that take action on U.S. tracks (including William Hill and Ladbrokes), and any U.S.-catered book that offers horse racing.
Q: How do I use this on Betfair?
A: Go to http://usatote.betfair.com/. This is where you will find the same odds and tracks that I discuss in the manual.
Q: My sportsbook doesn’t have this exact bet type for this exact race.
A: I am not a representative for every sportsbook in the universe. I’m not sure why on some races Betfair offers Win bets and on others they only offer Win/Place/Show bets. Please consult YOUR sportsbook to find out how they handle horse racing action. They’re the only ones who can give you a definitive answer.
Q: Is it a laying system or backing?
A: This is a straight backing system; there is no laying off horses.
Q: Where can I find results of the races or watch them?
A: Best place to find the results of the races: http://www.equibase.com. It's free. Just click on Results > Summary Results. You can pay to watch them at http://www.tvg.com/.
Q: Is it progression betting?
A: No, this is not like using a progression betting system. Each race is treated individually.
Q: Anyway to determine how many picks per day, per year?
A: There really isn’t a set number. We offer picks on the popular tracks that usually run Wednesday through Sunday. Some days there could be 3-4 tracks running at the same time.
Q: Do you have past results?
A. I offer you a test drive of up to 60 days with my system and picks. You can paper trade (don’t even bet for real money) to see if I’m as good as I claim. If you’re not satisfied, then at any time in that first 60 days you can receive a 100% refund on your purchase.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: For security reasons I can’t cancel for you. Please go to www.Clickbank.com (my payment processor) and fill out a customer support form asking to cancel. They’ll take care of it from there.
